Here is a list of my favorite drinks. The fruity ones are more to my taste, but to each his own!
Tequila Mockingbird
2 oz. Tequila
3/4 oz. Grenadine
4 oz. Orange juice
1 oz. Blackberry brandy
Snowflake
1oz Creme de Cacao
1oz Frangelica
1oz Vodka
3oz cream or milk
Pour all ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Pour through strainer into cordial glass. There should be some ice crystals in the glass and the drink will be light and frothy.
Tropical Storm
1/2 oz.lt.rum
1/2 oz.myers
1/2 oz.malibu
1/2 oz.151
equal parts of orange juice and pinnapple splash of grenadine shake over ice and pour into shots For cool refreshing alcoholic beverage simply pour ingredients over ice into a tall collins glass ,shake and garnish w/ cherry and orange.
Mudslide shot:
1/3 oz Creme de caco
1/3 oz Baileys Irish cream
1/3 oz Kahlua
cocktail:
1/3 oz Creme de caco
1/3 oz Baileys Irish cream
1/3 oz Kahlua
milk
poor liqueurs over ice, fill glass with milk. A double tastes almost like chocolate milk.
Southern Slam (Long Drink)
1 shot Southern Comfort
2 parts OJ
1 part cranberry juice
should be similar in color to a Tequila Sunrise – also, Tropicana Orange-Cranberry can be used as a substitute for the OJ and cranberry juice.
Chocolate Covered Grasshopper (Cocktail)
one scoop Ice
one scoop Chocolate Ice Cream
1/2 oz. Creme de Menthe
1/2 oz. white Creme de Cacao
Put above in a blender, blend until smooth. Serve in a hurricane glass, topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
Jamaican Me Crazy (Cocktail)
3/4 oz of Cuervo Gold Tequila
3/4 oz of Vodka
2 oz Pineapple Juice
2 oz Cranberry Juice
Pour over ice in a shaker, shake until mixed.
Malibu Monsoon
1 1/2 oz light Rum
3/4 oz Malibu rum
1/2 oz Grand Marnier
1 oz OJ
1 oz Cranberry Juice
few drops of Grenadine
Shake!
Goombay Smash
1 oz of Rum
1/2 oz of Banana liquer
1 tsp of Cream of Coconut
Dash of Orange Juice
Fill with Pineapple Juice
Fill glass with ice put everything but the rum in a shaker, shake top with dark rum.
Crocodile Cooler
(4 Shots)
1 1/2 oz. Absolute Citron
1/2 oz. Melon Liquior
1/2oz. 7up or sprite
1/2 oz. club soda
1/2 oz. sour mix
Shake then strain into a shot glass this receipe will make about 4 shots
Frozen Bushwhacker
1.5 oz. Kahlua
1 oz. Frangelica
1 oz. Bailey’s
Irish Creme
1 oz. Amaretto
1 oz. Vodka
Combine all the above with 2-3 scoops of ice and blend until smooth.
Lemonhead
1 shot Lemon Schnapps
Sweet and Sour
Mix in cocktail glass with ice. Tastes *Just* like a lemonhead.
Bad Mojo
1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Rum
1/2 oz. Cherry Brandy
1 oz. Pineapple juice
Splash Coke
Splash Sprite
Red Death 2 Southern Comfort
2 Sloe Gin
2 Amaretto
2 Vodka
2 Tripple Sec
Add Orange Juice, Lime Juce and Grenadine. Garnish with Orange and a Cherry!
Downhome Punch
1 part Jack Daniels
1 part Peach Schnapps
1 part Whiskey sour mix
2 parts Orange Juice
1 part 7 UP
Splash of Grenadine
Make by the pitcher or by the glass, garnish with orange and cherry. This one will sneak up on you!
Fairy Godmother
1 oz Vodka (preferably high quality)
1 oz Amaretto
equal parts Half & Half (or Milk) and Club Soda
Serve on the rocks, in a double old-fashioned or bucket glass.
Midori Melonball
2 cl Midori Melon Liqueur
4 cl Orange Juice
1 cl Vodka
Fill glass with ice.
Oatmeal Cookie
3/4 oz Bailey’s Irish Creme
3/4 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
dash of Cinnamon Schnapps
